What you will be doing
- Support young people with personal care - helping with washing, dressing and everything that matters about dignity and independence
- Be present at mealtimes, supporting with eating and drinking in whatever way suits the individual
- Complete daily care plans that capture the real picture of how each young person is doing
- Assist with mobility, whether that's encouragement to move, physical support, or just being there when someone needs steadying
