What you will be doing
- Day-to-day support and routines with the young people, creating a stable environment where they can thrive
- Teaching and encouraging life skills like budgeting, cooking, shopping and personal care, gradually building their independence
- Prompting independence through hobbies and interests, helping them discover what matters to them beyond the home
- Supporting health and wellbeing, including accompanying young people to appointments and administering medication where needed
- Providing physical and emotional support through guidance and encouragement during the moments that matter most
