What you will be doing
- Provide day-to-day support and routine care for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and communication difficulties
- Prompt independence and help people live fulfilling lives through hobbies, interests and personal skill development
- Support health and wellbeing, including accompanying people to appointments and administrating medication
- Teach practical life skills like budgeting, paying bills and shopping
- Assist with personal care and domestic tasks including cooking and cleaning as needed

Is this you?
- You hold a full UK manual driving licence and are able to drive regularly as part of the role
- You're flexible and willing to work days, nights and sleep-in shifts as the rota requires
- You have genuine empathy for adults with learning disabilities and the patience to build trust with people who may have communication difficulties
- You're over 18 and willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
