What you will be doing
- Deliver day-to-day support and routine for the adults in the home, with attention to individual needs and communication preferences
- Prompt and encourage independence whilst helping each person live a fulfilling life - from supporting personal care to assisting with domestic tasks like cooking and cleaning
- Support the development of life skills: budgeting, paying bills, shopping, building confidence through hobbies and interests
- Maintain health and wellbeing by accompanying people to appointments, administrating medication, and providing physical and emotional guidance
- Work flexibly across days, nights and sleep-in shifts to meet the service's operational needs

- You hold a Full UK Manual Driving Licence - this is essential for the role
