What you will be doing
- Provide day-to-day care and support to young people living in the home, building consistent, trusting relationships that help them feel secure and supported
- Support young people with personal care, meals, activities and their daily routines in a warm, patient and respectful way
- Help young people develop life skills - everything from managing money to cooking to building friendships - that set them up for independence
- Work with your team to keep the home a safe, calm and welcoming space where young people can grow
