What you will be doing
- Provide day-to-day care and support to young people living in the home, building trust and relationships that help them move forward
- Be the calm presence during flashpoints, using de-escalation and emotional awareness to help young people regulate when things get difficult
- Support young people with personal care, routines, meals, and activities that build independence and life skills
- Work as part of a small consistent team, sharing observations and plans so everyone understands what each young person needs
- Contribute to a safe, nurturing home environment where young people feel genuinely cared for, not just managed
