What you will be doing
- Provide personal care through the night: help with bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding as needed
- Administer medication safely and keep detailed written records of overnight activities and any changes
- Keep residents safe while they sleep and respond calmly to any needs that arise
- Follow each person's individual care plan and the home's policies, building respectful relationships with residents
- Join in with activities and outings when they happen, ensuring residents have access to the things they enjoy

- You can commit to night shifts (22:00-07:00) on an ad-hoc basis as work comes up
