What you will be doing
- Provide personal care - bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding support - with patience and dignity
- Administer medication safely and maintain accurate written daily records
- Help residents engage in daily activities, hobbies and outings that match their interests and capabilities
- Follow individual care plans and company procedures while building open, honest relationships with the people you support
- Work shift patterns on a rota basis (including weekends) - with flexibility available if you need it
