What you will be doing
- Provide emotional and social support to help young people develop meaningful relationships with peers and adults, and encourage their involvement in local communities
- Plan, shop and prepare nutritious, varied meals with the young people involved, and carry out domestic duties that help the home run smoothly
- Promote, safeguard and protect the welfare of vulnerable young people, keeping them safe and secure every single day
- Encourage and support each young person's individual interests and strengths, helping them work towards their personal goals

- You're eager to learn - experience supporting vulnerable young people is valued, but willingness to develop matters more than a long track record
- You're organised and practical: comfortable with cooking, household routines, and the day-to-day texture of running a home with young people
