What you will be doing
- Provide hands-on care and support to young people living in the home, building trusting relationships and helping them navigate daily life
- Respond to behavioural and emotional needs with patience and skill, using de-escalation and person-centred approaches
- Support young people with practical tasks: meals, personal care, activities, and helping them develop independence
- Work shifts across the rota including waking nights and sleep-ins, maintaining safety and wellbeing throughout
