You'll work in a real home, not an institution. Small, close-knit, where young adults are known as individuals with genuine dreams and talents, not diagnoses. You'll lead shifts, make clinical decisions on care and medication, review risk assessments and care plans, and build the independence these young people need to thrive. What you will be doing
- Lead shifts and support the wider team, setting the tone for a safe, nurturing environment
- Administer medication safely and review care plans and risk assessments with attention to each person's unique needs
- Support personal care where needed, always with dignity and respect
- Help young adults access hobbies, community activities and new experiences - the things that build confidence and independence

Is this you?
- You have at least a year's experience as a Support Worker and feel confident supporting young adults with autism or complex needs
- You're genuinely passionate about helping young people improve their lives, not just getting through the shift
- You have experience promoting independence and building daily living skills
- You can drive - you'll need to for community activities and flexibility across the team
