This provider is Ofsted rated outstanding and good, and they're serious about investing in their people. You'll get a full induction and training package that covers mandatory and additional training every year. They'll fund your level 3 diploma. They provide clinical counselling and guidance for all staff because they understand that this work is emotional and real, and you need proper support. What you will be doing
- Create a friendly, relaxed environment where young people feel safe enough to build genuine self-esteem and respect for themselves and others
- Actively encourage and support young people's participation in the decisions that affect their home and their lives
- Maintain accurate recordings and assist with the day-to-day administration of the home
- Work with the young people and prospective carers to support their successful integration into family or other residential placements

Is this you?
- Is this you: someone with a genuine passion for working with young people first and foremost?
- Have you got paid experience within a residential childcare setting?
- Do you hold a full manual driving licence?
- Ideally you've got NVQ level 4 in Residential Health and Social Care, but if not, you've got valuable experience in similar environments that shows you can do this work well
- Are you willing to go through DBS clearance? (We can process it for you if you need us to.)
