Most care jobs ask you to do everything and invest in nothing. This one does the opposite. We're recruiting Residential Support Workers who want to genuinely change young people's lives while building a real career in a home that actually invests in you
Picture yourself in a large family detached house where young people feel safe enough to grow. Your job is simple but profound: you create the space where they learn to respect themselves, make decisions that matter, and believe in their own futures. Social workers and youth offending teams call our homes 'welcoming', 'professional', and 'excellent at what they do'. That's because the staff here aren't just going through the motions. You'll work alongside an experienced, loyal team who've chosen to stay because this place is genuinely different
We've built homes that are Ofsted rated as outstanding and good across multiple locations, and we're growing. That matters because growth means we promote from within. You won't be trapped in the same role in five years. We fund Level 3 diplomas for our team, we provide clinical counselling and guidance, and we run a full training package every year. The home invests in you because we know that the best young people's outcomes come from staff who are trained, supported, and genuinely valued
The shift patterns are designed for a real life, not just a job. We offer waking nights, sleep-ins, and day shifts. All your meals are provided while you're working. You'll earn £9.00 to £10.00 per hour depending on your experience and qualifications, plus sleep-in and waking night allowances on top. Full-time, part-time, and bank staff are all welcome. This is work that pays you to do something that matters
