What you will be doing
- Deliver day-to-day residential care grounded in trauma-informed practice, ensuring each young person feels safe and supported
- Plan and run recreational activities tailored to each child's interests - everything from cinema trips to sports and swimming
- Work sleep-in shifts, providing overnight care and support on a 2 days on, 4 days off pattern
- Collaborate with the home manager and team to meet each young person's individual needs fairly and consistently
