You'll work across supported housing schemes and extra care services on the Isle of Wight, supporting individuals to live as independently as possible while keeping their dignity and choice at the centre of everything. These aren't warehouse placements: you're tailoring your approach to meet each person's unique needs, helping them achieve their goals and stay active in their communities

What you will be doing
- Deliver hands-on care and support in line with individual care plans, promoting independence, choice and inclusion across supported housing and extra care settings
- Support people with their wellbeing, safety and daily living tasks, remaining calm and professional in emergencies and challenging situations
- Undertake physically demanding work including moving and handling, responding promptly to people's needs
- Work flexibly across evenings, weekends, sleep-in duties and on-call rotas as required
- Maintain accurate records and reports using basic IT systems, ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed and concerns are reported with confidence

- Are you physically able to undertake moving and handling tasks and willing to work the flexibility this role demands (evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, on-call)?
- Do you have basic IT skills for maintaining records, and strong communication skills to work effectively as part of a team?
