What you will be doing
- Support individuals with learning disabilities and autism through their daily routines - meals, personal care, getting ready for activities or work
- Encourage independence and help people make choices about how they spend their time and what activities matter to them
- Take people out on day trips, to college, or arrange activities they enjoy - and genuinely be part of those experiences, not just supervising
- Work across multiple locations in the service, picking shifts that fit around your life - whether that's full-time, part-time, or a few hours here and there
