What you will be doing
- Help with everyday tasks - personal care, meals, medication and daily routines - with calm, unhurried attention
- Support people to take part in activities at home and out in the community, building connection and independence
- Build trust through consistent, patient presence, staying calm and steady during challenging moments
- Work closely with your team, following personalised care plans and communicating well so everyone knows what matters to each person
- Encourage independence and wellbeing in everything you do, recognising that your presence brings real stability and comfort
