You'll be working with young people aged 16 to 24 in supported living, helping them navigate the transition to adulthood at a time when they need it most. Every day you'll be building real relationships, supporting them with personal care and daily activities, and watching them grow more confident and independent. What you will be doing
- Provide person-centred care and support to young people aged 16 to 24 with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs
- Assist with personal care, medications, and daily living activities in a way that respects their dignity and builds their independence
- Help service users lead more fulfilled lives by supporting them with activities and meaningful engagement
- Work flexibly across 8 to 10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday, including weekends where needed
- Communicate effectively with the team and keep accurate records of the support you've provided

Is this you?
- Do you already have the right to work in the UK? That's your starting point
- Have you got at least 6 months of care experience in a care setting? You'll know what good care looks like
- Are you warm, compassionate and genuinely patient with people? Can you communicate clearly and work with tact and understanding?
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle would be brilliant, but we won't rule you out if you haven't got one
- Can you write and speak English to a good standard? It matters when you're supporting vulnerable young people
