What you will be doing
- Build trust and develop nurturing relationships with young people aged 8-18, actively supporting their independence, wellbeing and resilience day to day
- Collaborate with parents, carers and other professionals to understand and respond to each young person's needs, attending meetings and keeping communication clear
- Keep the home running - cooking nutritious meals, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and creating a space where young people actually want to be
- Document accurately and keep records up to date in line with safeguarding policies, making sure nothing falls through the cracks

Is this you?
- You hold a Level 3 Diploma in the relevant field, or you're willing and able to achieve this within the required timeframe
- You've got real experience working with children and young people - whether that's in care, education, youth work or similar - and you understand what safeguarding actually means in practice
- You're flexible enough to work a shift pattern that includes sleep-ins, weekends and bank holidays, and you're genuinely okay with that
- You're motivated by the idea of creating safety and supporting young people's emotional and social development, even when it's messy or slow
