You'll work a 2-week rolling rota across shifts like 8am to 6pm, 10am to 8pm, and weekends 8am to 8pm. It's structured, predictable, and honest about what flexibility means. What you will be doing
- Provide personal care and genuine emotional support to adults living in the home, building real relationships that help them thrive
- Deliver one-to-one support sessions tailored to each person's goals and needs
- Help organise and actively participate in activities both inside the service and out in the community
- Support with medication management and ensure safe, dignified care routines
- Share responsibility for cleaning and household duties that keep the home running smoothly
