The shift pattern is variable on a 4-week rolling rota, Monday to Sunday, with days, evenings, sleep-ins and waking nights, so you get real flexibility and the hours work for your life, not against it. What you will be doing
- Support adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and age-related mobility support through all aspects of daily living and personal care
- Help residents maintain and develop their community links, accessing leisure pursuits and community activities that build independence and life skills
- Work flexibly across variable shifts including days, evenings, sleep-in duties, waking nights, weekends and bank holidays on a 4-week rolling rota
- Maintain the high level of support the service demands whilst being genuinely enthusiastic about residents' likes, wants and goals
