What you will be doing
- Provide proactive, positive and caring support to the adults living in the home, with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge
- Enable people to learn new skills and build towards living more independently, through both day-to-day support and planned activities
- Support individuals with their emotional and practical needs, including personal care
- Take part in activities with the people you support - both within the home and out in the community
- Work as part of a close team to develop, implement and review person-centred care plans that genuinely fit each person

- You have the right values and a genuine desire to work in social care - no experience needed, we'll train you properly
- You're flexible with a 'can do' attitude, motivated and a real team player
- You're someone who thrives in a small team environment and wants to build real relationships with the people you support
- You hold a full, clean driving licence (preferred, but not essential)
- You're ready for robust pre-employment checks including enhanced DBS and references
