Most care jobs feel like you're just clocking in and clocking out, running from one task to the next without ever really connecting with the people you're supporting. This is different. We're looking for someone who genuinely wants to make a real difference every single day to the residents in our home, and who's ready to build a proper career in care, not just fill a shift
Picture yourself walking into a home where the residents actually know you, trust you, and where you're not just ticking boxes but genuinely improving someone's life every single day. You're part of a team that treats each other like family, where your ideas matter and your presence is felt. That's what care looks like when it's done right, and that's what we've built here
The best bit? This isn't a dead-end job. We actively promote from within. You'll see colleagues develop their careers with us, gain nationally recognised qualifications, and move into new roles because we invest in our people. You could start as a Care Assistant and plot your own path upwards, with proper training and support every step of the way
Your life matters too. We get it. That's why we're flexible about how you work. Full time, part time, specific shifts each week - just tell us what works for you and we'll make it happen. You won't be forced into a rota that doesn't fit your life; we'll build one together
What you will be doing
- Provide day-to-day care and support to residents, recognising and responding to each person's individual needs and preferences
- Create a warm, person-centred environment where every resident feels special and genuinely at home
- Work flexibly across shifts including 7am to 7pm and 8am to 8pm roles, supporting residents throughout their day
- Be part of a home family, collaborating with colleagues to maintain a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for everyone who lives and works there
Why you will love working here
- Supportive training and clear progression opportunities so you can build a genuine career in care, not just stay in the same role
- Flexible shift patterns and part-time options so your work life actually fits around your real life
- Access to nationally recognised qualifications and development from within, with real examples of colleagues who've grown with the organisation
- A welcoming team environment where you're treated like family, not just another pair of hands
Is this you?
- You genuinely care about making a real difference to people's lives, not just going through the motions
- You're energised by a busy role and thrive when there's lots to do and lots of people to support
- You're flexible and adaptable, ready to respond to different needs and situations as they come up each day
- You're keen to grow and develop in care, whether you're just starting out or looking to build on existing experience
Applications close on 12 October 2026. Great roles like this are filled quickly, so the sooner you apply the better.
