What you will be doing
- Provide day-to-day residential care and support for young people aged 5 to 17 with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, helping them feel safe and understood
- Work flexible shifts including waking nights and sleepovers, being present and engaged during those crucial hours when young people need consistency most
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the home's quality, image and reputation, taking pride in the environment and your work within it
- Support the young people's development and wellbeing by working to company standards and Ofsted regulations, ensuring their needs are at the centre of everything you do
