What you will be doing
- Transport young people to school and other commitments, using travel time as a genuine opportunity to build relationships and understand what's happening in their lives
- Provide day-to-day residential support in the home, including activities, shopping trips, meals and evening routines
- Complete handovers with managers and colleagues at shift changes, staying informed and keeping the team connected
- Handle paperwork and record-keeping accurately, getting faster and more confident as you settle into the role
- Attend regular training and safeguarding updates, building your skills and knowledge in a supportive environment
