What you will be doing
- Attend handover at the start and end of each shift so you know what's happened and what needs to happen next
- Support residents with daily living needs including washing, dressing, mobility and toilet care, delivered with genuine respect and person-centred approach
- Help residents at mealtimes and encourage their involvement in the activities programme
- Follow individualised care and support plans, keeping detailed and accurate records that contribute to high standards of care
