What you will be doing
- Respond to and meet the identified needs of each young person, following their individual care plans and working closely with the manager
- Work in partnership with young people, their families, social workers and other agencies to deliver joined-up support that actually works
- Implement, monitor and review care and health plans, contributing to planning meetings and reviews where appropriate
- Promote a safe, comfortable physical environment that feels like a family home and meets all safeguarding standards and good practice guidance
- Understand and apply all relevant child protection, safeguarding and legislative requirements in everything you do
