Your team won't be a revolving door of burnt-out workers. You'll work alongside other motivated Support Workers and a manager who genuinely has your back, building something stable together. Long days (14 hours) followed by sleep-ins keep the rhythm sustainable, and the home is designed as a proper, nurturing environment where young people learn that adults can be trusted

What you will be doing
- Support the emotional, physical and social needs of young people aged 8-18, many with behavioural and emotional difficulties
- Accompany them to school, appointments and activities, helping them engage with the world beyond the home
- Deliver personal care and support with daily routines - meals, bedtime, hygiene - in a calm, consistent way
- Keep the home safe and nurturing by maintaining household tasks and being alert to safeguarding concerns
- Write clear, accurate documentation and reports that help the team understand each young person's progress

Is this you?
- You hold a full UK driving licence (essential for this role)
- You're motivated and resilient, genuinely interested in young people and able to stay calm when situations are challenging
- You're flexible and adaptable - willing to work 39 hours per week including long days and sleep-ins to give consistency to the young people
- You're over 21 and happy to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
- You have good communication skills and take documentation seriously - this role relies on clear reporting
