What you will be doing
- Provide day-to-day support and help with routines, enabling the people you support to live as independently as possible
- Teach and encourage life skills - budgeting, paying bills, shopping, cooking - and support people to do things for themselves
- Support health and wellbeing, including administering medication and accompanying people to appointments
- Help with personal care and domestic tasks, and be there with guidance and emotional support when it's needed
- Support people to pursue their interests and hobbies, and encourage them to enjoy activities in the local community - cinema trips, seaside days, lunch out
