You'll be working in a children's residential home where your job is to support young people with complex emotional and behavioural difficulties through the things that matter most: building real relationships, showing up consistently, and helping them see a different version of what's possible. What you will be doing
- Supporting young people with their emotional, physical and social needs every single day
- Accompanying them to school, appointments and activities - being that consistent, trusted presence
- Delivering personal care and helping with daily routines in a way that builds dignity and independence
- Supporting household tasks and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment where they can settle
- Completing accurate, clear documentation and reports that actually matter to their care and safeguarding
