Most care jobs promise growth but deliver burnout. This one is different: you'll work with just nine people in a home where mental health support actually transforms lives, where your voice matters, and where the provider genuinely invests in your development from day one

Picture yourself working alongside adults with mental health needs or dual diagnoses in a setting small enough that you really know each person's story. You're not processing paperwork or rushing between tasks. You're prompting independence, teaching life skills like budgeting and cooking, and watching someone discover they can manage their own coping techniques and stay well. That's the everyday reality here

The team here gets it: everyone's different, everyone's got potential, and resilience can be built. You'll be coaching people through personal interests, supporting them to health appointments, providing the physical and emotional guidance that actually sticks. No two days are identical because nine individuals means nine unique development journeys

This provider treats career development like it matters. You get paid QCF qualifications, a structured induction, access to Circle wellbeing support with counselling built in, and a pension scheme where they match contributions up to 3 per cent. Real Living Wage, fair pay scales that recognise what you bring, and genuine progression. If you refer someone talented who sticks around, you'll split a £500 bonus
