What you will be doing
- Provide excellent, person-centred support and care to adults every day, following individual support plans and ensuring everyone feels respected and included
- Support and encourage people to take part in new activities, helping them build confidence and reach their full potential
- Help with personal care needs as part of your regulated activity within the home
- When appropriately trained, administer medication in line with the provider's policy
- Drive the organisation's vehicles and act as an escort when required
- Keep clear, accurate records of each day's activities and support you've provided
