Most care jobs feel like you're just clocking in and clocking out, watching the clock more than making a real difference. We're different. This is your chance to join a team where your compassion actually counts, where you'll build genuine relationships with the young people you support, and where the organisation genuinely invests in your growth and wellbeing as much as you invest in theirs

Every shift is different and purposeful. You'll start mornings helping young people plan their day, prepare meals together, or get ready for appointments. Afternoons might find you supporting life skills like cooking or budgeting, joining in with hobbies they actually enjoy, or simply spending time together doing what matters. You're not just a staff member - you're a trusted, consistent presence in their lives, and they'll notice when you're there

The team here genuinely has your back. You'll work with people who chose this because they care, not just because it's a job. There's real communication, real collaboration, and real support when things get tough. Your manager isn't distant - they're someone who knows you, knows what you're dealing with, and wants to see you succeed

You'll get proper training and a genuine pathway forward. No matter if you're completely new to care or bringing years of experience, this provider invests in developing you. They give you the time, resources, and space to grow into the worker (and person) you want to become. That matters

What you will be doing

  • Support young people with daily living tasks - meals, personal care, getting to appointments - while building genuine connection and trust
  • Help develop life skills through structured activities and everyday moments: budgeting, cooking, problem-solving, hobbies
  • Communicate openly with your team and make day-to-day decisions that keep young people safe, supported, and moving forward
  • Build relationships that matter - be the person young people know they can count on, day after day
  • Celebrate progress, however small, and be present during the harder moments too

Why you will love working here

  • Life insurance worth 2x your salary - real financial security for you and your loved ones
  • 24/7 access to Smart Health: virtual GP appointments, mental health support, and nutrition advice whenever you need it
  • Employee Assistance Programme with mental health resources and wellbeing support through the Wisdom App
  • A structured rota with flexibility built in, plus genuine overtime opportunities if you want to earn more
  • Clear training and career development so you can progress and grow - this isn't a dead-end job
  • A £500 refer-a-friend bonus when you recommend someone great to join the team

Is this you?

  • Are you kind and patient? Do you genuinely want to help, even on tough days?
  • Can you show up reliably and with real purpose - the young people depend on that?
  • Do you communicate well and actually enjoy working as part of a team?
  • Are you open to learning and growing? No previous care experience needed - just the right attitude and willingness
  • Can you be a consistent, trustworthy presence in someone's life?
