Most care jobs leave you feeling stretched, unsupported and invisible. This one is different: you'll be the consistent, trusted presence in a young woman's life - building real relationships, witnessing genuine progress, and working alongside a team that actually has your back. If you're experienced with complex needs and you want your work to matter, this is the role

P is 18, friendly, and has recently moved into her own supported living bungalow. She has learning disability, global developmental delay, epilepsy, PEG feeding, visual impairment and non-verbal communication. She needs someone patient, nurturing and genuinely upbeat - someone who shows up day after day and becomes the reliable anchor in her world. That's you

You'll be part of a small, tight-knit team where your expertise is valued and your wellbeing matters. You're not just clocking hours; you're enabling P to live independently, supporting her to access the community, celebrating her progress, and building the kind of trust that changes lives. Every shift you work is a shift where you know exactly what impact you're having

This provider invests in people who invest in their service users. They offer genuine career progression, structured rotas with overtime available, and training that recognises your growing expertise with complex health needs. They've built a culture around compassion, collaboration and real support for their staff - not empty words, but actual investment in your future

  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with P through patient, nurturing, positive engagement
