Most care jobs feel like you're just clocking in and clocking out, watching the clock more than making a real difference. This is different. We're looking for someone who wants to build genuine relationships with the young people in our care, show up with purpose every single day, and actually feel the impact of their work
Picture your day: you're helping a young person plan what matters to them, supporting them through breakfast, maybe attending an appointment together. By afternoon you're cooking alongside them, talking through budgeting, going for a walk and actually connecting. You're not just a support worker passing through - you're a trusted presence in their life, someone they learn to rely on
You'll be part of a team that genuinely has each other's backs. We're built on compassion, commitment, and real collaboration - not buzzwords on a poster. Your colleagues get it. Your manager gets it. Everyone shows up wanting to do right by the young people and by each other
Whether you're starting your care career or bringing years of experience, we invest in your growth. You'll get full training, clear progression pathways, and the space to develop your skills properly. This is a place where people actually stay because they're supported to thrive
What you will be doing
- Support young people through daily living - helping with meal planning, cooking, personal care and life skills like budgeting
- Be present during appointments and outings, building trust and helping them navigate the world outside the home
- Join in with hobbies and activities, celebrating progress and creating moments that matter
- Communicate openly with your team, making decisions together that genuinely impact the young people's lives and wellbeing
Why you will love working here
- Structured days rota with flexibility to pick up overtime when you want extra hours and extra pay
- Life insurance worth 2x your salary, giving you and your loved ones genuine peace of mind
- 24/7 access to virtual GP appointments, mental health support and nutrition advice whenever you need it
- Clear career progression and training investment because we believe in growing our team
- £500 refer-a-friend bonus when you recommend someone great - and they join us
Is this you?
- Are you kind, patient and genuinely passionate about helping others? That matters more than a long CV
- Can you show up reliably and with purpose, even on the tough days when a young person needs you most?
- Do you communicate well and actually enjoy being part of a team that works together?
- Are you open to learning and growing? We'll give you full training - no experience needed, just the right attitude
