Most care jobs feel like you're just going through the motions, clocking in to help but never truly becoming part of something. We're different. This is a full-time role where you'll actually build real relationships with the young people you support, work with a team that has your back, and grow into a career that means something
Picture your day: you might help someone plan what they want to do, prepare breakfast together, then head out for a trip to the zoo, a drama session, a film, or just a walk in nature. You're not managing tasks - you're genuinely part of someone's life. You celebrate their progress, you're there when they need you, and you build trust that actually changes things
The team here runs on three things: Commitment, Compassion, and Collaboration. You won't be left to figure it out alone. Your colleagues show up with purpose, they lead with empathy, and they work together to get the best out of every day. That's the culture you're walking into
Whether you're brand new to care or you've got years under your belt, we invest in you properly. Full training, clear progression pathways, and genuine support to grow. No experience needed - just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We believe in taking care of the people who care for others
What you will be doing
- Support young people with their daily routines - helping them plan their day, prepare meals, and get ready for appointments or activities
- Run trips and activities based on what engages each person - whether that's drama, music, films, shopping, the zoo, gardening, walking in nature, or other hobbies
- Help develop life skills like cooking and budgeting, and simply be there for genuine conversation and connection
- Work as part of a collaborative team, communicating openly and making decisions that genuinely matter to the people you support
- Contribute to a safe, supportive home environment where young people can build confidence and thrive
Why you will love working here
- Full-time, structured rota with overtime opportunities if you want to take on extra hours and earn more
- Life Insurance worth 2x your salary - genuine financial peace of mind for you and the people who matter to you

Is this you?
- Are you kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping others - not just in theory, but in how you show up every day?
- Do you communicate well, listen properly, and actually enjoy being part of a team that works together?
- Are you reliable and ready to commit - the kind of person who shows up with purpose and follows through?
- Are you open to learning and growing, with a willingness to ask for help and develop your skills as you go?
- Do you drive or have transport sorted? This helps, though we'll talk through how to make it work if not - some of our team get involved with trips and activities that benefit from having a driver available
