Most care jobs offer you a shift pattern and a payslip. This one offers you a genuine career, a team that actually has your back, and the chance to build real relationships with the people you support every single day. We're looking for someone kind, reliable, and ready to show up with purpose - and we'll invest in your growth from day one, whether you're brand new to care or bringing years of experience
Picture your week: you're helping someone plan their morning, preparing breakfast together, supporting them to an appointment that matters to them. Afternoons might be teaching life skills like cooking or budgeting, joining in with hobbies they love, or simply taking a walk and having a proper conversation. Every day is genuinely different, and every day you're building real trust with the people in your care
You're not working alone in this. You'll be part of a team built on Commitment, Compassion, and Collaboration - people who show up with purpose and lead with empathy. Your colleagues communicate openly, support each other, and make decisions that truly matter. This isn't a home where you clock in and disappear; it's a community where your presence counts
We believe in taking care of the people who care for others. That's why you'll get full training and ongoing development to help you grow, a structured rota you can rely on, and the option to pick up extra hours when you want them. You'll also have access to 24/7 virtual GP appointments, mental health support, life insurance worth 2x your salary, and an Employee Assistance Programme that's there for you when you need it
