What you will be doing
- Support young people with daily living - helping with meal preparation, personal care, and getting ready for appointments or activities
- Teach and encourage life skills like cooking, budgeting, and practical independence
- Spend quality time building relationships: conversations, hobbies, outings, and being a trusted presence
- Work closely with the team to make decisions that genuinely improve outcomes for the young people you support
- Communicate openly with colleagues and maintain the consistent, caring presence that makes real change possible
