Most care jobs feel like you're just clocking in and clocking out. But this role is different: you'll be building real relationships with young people, supporting them through genuine change, and working in a place that actually invests in you as much as you invest in them. If you're ready to do work that matters, this is it

Every day here looks different. You might help a young person plan their day, cook breakfast together, support them through an appointment, or sit down for a chat over a cup of tea. You're not just ticking boxes - you're a trusted presence in their life, celebrating the small wins and building the kind of relationships that genuinely shift things

You'll work alongside a team that actually has your back. Communication is open, decisions are made together, and everyone shows up with real compassion. This isn't a place where you're left to figure it out alone - your colleagues are invested in supporting you, and the home is invested in your growth

The training and career development here is serious. You'll have clear progression pathways and ongoing learning that helps you develop real skills and confidence. Whether you're brand new to care or bringing experience, the home will support your journey with purpose

What you will be doing

  • Support young people with daily living tasks like meal planning, cooking, budgeting and personal care - building life skills that matter
  • Be there during key moments: attending appointments, joining in with hobbies and activities, or simply being a steady, trusted presence
  • Work as part of a collaborative team, communicating openly and making decisions together that put young people's wellbeing first
  • Help create routines and structures that give young people stability, and celebrate the progress they make along the way

Why you will love working here

  • Life Insurance worth 2x your salary - genuine financial peace of mind for you and your loved ones
  • 24/7 access to virtual GP appointments, mental health support, and nutrition advice - because your wellbeing matters
  • A structured rota with overtime opportunities, so you know where you stand and can take on extra hours if you want them
  • Real training and career development with clear progression pathways, plus recognition schemes that celebrate what you achieve
  • A £500 refer-a-friend bonus when someone you recommend joins the team

Is this you?

  • Are you kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping young people? That matters more than you might think
  • Can you show up reliably and with purpose, ready to build real relationships and follow through?
  • Do you have a full driving licence? You'll need it for this role, and transport is essential
  • Are you open to learning? Full training will be given - what we need is the right attitude and a willingness to grow
  • Can you offer full flexibility, including weekends? The rota is structured, but this role needs someone adaptable
