Most care jobs feel like you're just clocking in. This one is different: you'll be building real relationships with the young people you support, working alongside a team that actually has your back, and growing into a role with genuine progression. If you're the kind of person who shows up with purpose and wants work that matters, read on
Picture your week: some mornings you're helping someone plan their day and prepare breakfast. Other afternoons you're supporting with life skills like cooking or budgeting, joining in with hobbies, or just going for a walk and a chat. You're not just clocking hours - you're a trusted presence in someone's life, and they know it. That's what care looks like when it's done right
You'll work 20 hours across a flexible rota that includes weekends and sleep-ins, with genuine opportunities to pick up extra shifts if you want them. The team here isn't bureaucratic or cold. You'll communicate openly, make decisions that matter, and feel supported by people who share your values: commitment, compassion, and real collaboration
Whether you're brand new to care or bringing years of experience, you'll get structured training and clear pathways to develop your skills and progress your career. This provider invests in their staff because they know that looking after your people means they'll do their best work
