Most care jobs feel like you're just clocking in and clocking out, watching the clock more than building real relationships with the people you support. But this role is different: you'll be part of a team that actually practises what it preaches about compassion, and you'll get genuine support for your own wellbeing while you're making a real difference every single day

Picture this: you arrive for your shift and sit down over breakfast with someone to help them plan their day. You're not rushing through a checklist; you're having a real conversation. Later, you're cooking together, or heading out for a walk and a chat, or celebrating progress you've both worked towards. Every single day you build trust and see the impact of showing up as a present, caring human being

The team here isn't a bunch of strangers who happen to work in the same building. You'll communicate openly, make decisions that matter, and feel supported by people who genuinely have your back. That's because the organisation believes in looking after the people who look after others, and they back it up with real investment in your training, your progression, and your mental health

Whether you're brand new to care or bringing years of experience, you'll get structured development and clear pathways to grow your skills and your career. You're not left to figure it out alone: training is built in, your wellbeing is prioritised, and your contribution is recognised and rewarded

  • Engage in hobbies, activities and community outings alongside the young people you support
  • Work collaboratively with your team, communicating openly and making informed decisions that improve outcomes
