Most manager roles in residential care feel like glorified admin posts where you're trapped behind paperwork and firefighting crises. This is different: a full-time Registered Manager position where you get to actually lead a home, shape the culture, develop your team, and watch young people transform under excellent care. If you've got the drive, the qualifications and the vision to run something properly, this is the role that lets you
This home needs a Registered Manager who can lead with authority and humanity. You'll have real autonomy to set the standards, recruit and develop a team that shares your values, and create an environment where both the young people and the staff actually want to be. The provider backs you with competitive salary and genuine career progression opportunities, which means you're not constantly looking over your shoulder wondering if you can afford to stay
You'll walk into a role built for impact: overseeing the day-to-day running of a residential home, ensuring compliance and quality, managing staff, and being the person young people and families can trust. This isn't a one-person show either. You'll have Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers around you, all focused on the same mission. The work is challenging, but the satisfaction of building a well-run, properly staffed home where young people thrive is what keeps great managers in the sector
This provider invests in people who invest in the young people they care for. Competitive salary, real career progression that doesn't mean leaving residential care, and a workplace where you're doing work that actually matters. If you're a qualified, experienced manager ready to run a home properly, they want to find you
