What you will be doing
- Lead and inspire your team day to day, setting the tone for how the home runs
- Manage budgets and oversee projects that improve outcomes for the young people
- Supervise staff and your Deputy Manager, supporting their development
- Ensure safeguarding is embedded in everything the home does, and that positive outcomes are being tracked and achieved
- Work with social workers and external professionals to get the right support for each child
- Ensure the home operates in full accordance with the Regulations 2015

- You're a QCF Level 5 in Children and Young People (or working toward it)
- You've got a full UK Driving Licence
