Most care management jobs trap you in paperwork and politics. This one puts you at the heart of real change, leading a team that genuinely transforms lives for people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and acquired brain injuries across three Cheshire towns. You'll support the manager, develop your team, and build person-centred plans that actually mean something
Every person you support has a story, and your job is to help them write the next chapter. You'll work alongside your manager to create the conditions where care staff thrive and residents flourish. From Crewe to Winsford to Northwich, you're holding the thread that connects quality, consistency and genuine human support across multiple services
This is management that matters. You're recruiting and training staff who get it, supervising their work, overseeing care plans, and staying connected to families, social workers, speech therapists and the real networks that keep people safe and moving forward. You'll spot what's working and what isn't, and you'll have the authority to change it
The team here invests in you properly. They'll fund your professional qualifications, cover your DBS check, and recognise your L5 level with pay that reflects it. You'll get 5.6 weeks' annual leave, a pension matched up to 3%, and genuine support for your own wellbeing through their Employee Assistance Programme and Circle wellness hub
