What you will be doing
- Provide day-to-day care and support to young people in a residential home
- Build trusted, positive relationships and role-model healthy behaviour
- Support education, activities, appointments and daily routines
- Keep clear, accurate records and follow care and safeguarding plans

Is this you?
- Experience supporting children or young people (care, youth, education or SEN)
- A caring, resilient and patient approach
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, or willingness to work towards it
- Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to obtain one
